Vladimir Dolgov was born 16.04.1953г. in St.-Petersburg.
In 1974 has finished Architectural - building college on a speciality “Architecture”.
In 1979 has finished the St.-Petersburg Pedagogical University, art - graphic faculty.
Since 1991 the member of Company of the Free Artists of St.-Petersburg.
